Welcome to Tax Season for the 2025 tax year!

Here is how to work with Charitax this tax season!

If you are a new client and do not have a ShareFile folder, please email jill@charitax.com to inquire about availability.

Step 1 - Complete the 2025 Tax Season Engagement Letter.

Step 2 - Complete the 2025 Tax Prep Questionnaire. We won’t be able to get started on your return without this info.

Step 3 - Upload your tax documents to your 2025 ShareFile folder! See below for a list of common tax documents. The completed questionnaire also provides a customized list. If you are a new client, please include a copy of your 2024 tax returns (Federal, State, and Local).

Step 4 - As soon as you have everything uploaded and the questionnaire completed, email jill@charitax.com to let us know you're ready for us to get started!**

**We don't get notifications when clients upload things to Sharefile.

(Optional) Schedule a call to talk through your taxes and connect! If you don’t feel that you need this meeting and prefer to just provide your tax docs & questionnaire, that’s great too.

Submissions received after March 15 will require an extension.
